This ride has three optional starting points, the longest ride beginning at Mullum Mullum Reserve acre park. It then follows an interesting selection of Melbourne’s intricate network of bike paths down to the Eastern Freeway, across the old Outer Circle Railway, then under the Monash Freeway, until we rejoin the path back to the start. Morning tea is at the Ivanhoe Golf Club and lunch at the Fairfield Boat House. The complete ride is approx 85 km and suitable only for experienced riders. Less experienced riders should start at one of the easier start points. The track is a mixture of gravel and sealed sections. Some sections do involve some short but strenuous climbs.
